The word “OwnPace” is our core philosophy. It’s an idea that transcends fitness, it’s a way of life, it’s a statement that says, in all you do, go at your OWN PACE.

 Our primary goal is to teach clients how to live SUSTAINABLE healthy lives in a way that works for them and to train our athletes on how to perform optimally. Personal Training is the Heart of what we do. Our approach is a collaboration between you and our training staff to achieve the your goals.
