How to Join and Track the Challenge in the Whole Human App

Step 1: Access the January Challenge

  1. Open the Whole Human App.

  2. Navigate to the Challenges section on the home screen.

  3. Select the "OwnPace January Challenge: Beast Push-Ups" to get started.

Step 2: Track Your Daily Progress

  1. Head to the Tracking section in the app.

  2. Input the number of Beast Push-Ups you complete each day.

  3. Watch your progress over time and see how you stack up against your personal best!

Step 3: Celebrate Your Wins

Each week, review your performance and celebrate how much stronger you’re getting. Small wins lead to big results!

How to Perform a Beast Push-Up

  1. Start in a Beast Hold Position:

    • Begin on all fours, with your hands directly under your shoulders and knees hovering slightly off the ground. Your back should be flat, and your core engaged.

  2. Push-Up Movement:

    • Lower your chest toward the ground by bending your elbows. Keep your knees close to the floor and your core tight throughout the movement.

  3. Press Back Up:

    • Push through your hands to return to the starting position. That’s one rep!

  4. Maintain Control:

    • Focus on maintaining proper form rather than speed. Quality beats quantity every time.
